Costs

If the house doesn't get sold, here is some suggestions:

For the renovation of the house, landscaping etc, we estimate we need around 45,000 euros. The house so far has cost me 90,000 euros in total , that is 70,000 to buy and about 20,000 to built the new roof and make other amendments. If anyone was interested to invest that money and fix the house , we have a building crew onsite waiting to get started and we know everything and everyone in the area and what we need to do. We also have the assistance of a professional architect and an engineer. So, if an investor would contribute the one third of the final price, I would be giving them the property rights for one third of everything. In addition to that, they will be able to use the house whenever they want to throughout the year with no constraints, as sole owners.
Alternatively, if we had smaller investors, we could work out a formula like this:

Four investors for 10,000 each with unlimited access to the house all year round for a period of ten years....Imagine having a beautiful summer home in an unspoilt location, with crystal clear waters and traditional village life style, come and go as you please, no restrictions, everything legal, for only ten thousand euros.....

Once we have the means, the house can finish quickly. It is going to be an absolute Greek heaven once it's done, like all the restored old stone houses of the area.
